The most important legal documents to have?

#1, Durable Power of Attorney (Takes care of financial affairs);

#2, Healthcare Surrogate (Takes care of medical affairs);

#3, Living Will (Advance directive, terminal, end of life affairs)

Yes, the above three (3) documents are more important than having a Will or a Trust.

Please understand that if a trusted family member or close friend has to step in and take care of your business under the above three (3) documents that means a terrible crisis has happened in your life while you’re still alive and serious decisions have to be made.

Remember, NOBODY, (not even Jesus Christ himself) gets out of this life alive.
