Where there’s a WILL,…there’s a way?

Where  there’s  a WILL, (meaning a Last Will & Testament) there’s a probate practice attorney waiting to charge off 3% to 6% or more of the total value of your estate to probate your Will in the Probate Court System. They get paid first BEFORE your children and loved ones named in the Will.

If you DO NOT understand a Last Will & Testament has to go through the probate court system then you simply don’t understand the legal use of that document.

Dirty little attorney secret: It’s not when the first spouse dies that causes the probate expense. It’s when the “second” spouse in the marriage or the single individual passes away that triggers the expensive probate court system.

A Revocable Living Trust avoids probate.
